My focus is longevity: developing strength, mobility, control, and confidence in a way that supports you well beyond the studio. I want you to leave each session feeling capable in the moment and supported for the long term.

My journey into training and wellness started with myself. I’ve always been drawn to a holistic approach - where the goal isn’t only a stronger body, but a steadier mind and a deeper sense of balance in everyday life. Becoming a teacher wasn’t accidental; it was a conscious investment in understanding the body, movement, and health on a deeper level.
Today, I bring that into every session — creating a space that feels both supportive and empowering, where you can build strength with intention and leave feeling more connected to yourself.

My journey has been a conscious practice of movement that affects both the body and the nervous system. Consistent and thoughtful work creates a strong, balanced, and well-regulated body.
Reformer Pilates provides the opportunity to work in depth – to develop core stability, improve movement quality, and increase load tolerance. In my classes, we move fluidly but with control, so the body can develop without overload.
My yoga studies have given me a deeper understanding of how the nervous system functions and how the body responds to stress and strain. This brings a clear structure and mindful pace to my teaching, where the focus is on regulation, breathing, and inner stability.
Training with me, you will learn to better sense your body’s limits and capabilities. You will leave the class feeling stronger, more balanced, and more in control of your movement.

For me, training is conscious time for yourself. In reformer classes, I focus on controlled movement, precise technique, and mindful muscle work that develops strength, stability, and endurance in the body.
A strong and balanced body is not a coincidence, but the result of consistency and attention to detail. In my classes, I place great emphasis on alignment, breathing, and load management, so that every movement is максимально effective and supports long-term development.
Training with me, you will build functional strength and a clear sense of your body. The dynamics of the reformer help shape a toned body, improve posture, strengthen deep muscles, and at the same time support mobility and coordination.
I want you to leave the class feeling stronger, more confident, and more aware of your body’s capabilities.
