KOOR was created with a clear intention: to build a Reformer studio designed for longevity — where strength is intelligent, progress is sustainable, and every detail is considered.
In an industry driven by fast trends and loud fitness culture, I wanted to create something quieter and more refined. A space for people who train with purpose — for the body they want to live in, not just the season they’re in.
As the founder of KOOR, I hold the vision, the standards, and the experience behind everything we do — from the way our classes are taught to the way the studio feels the moment you step inside. Community matters deeply here, but never at the expense of quality. Our focus is thoughtful programming, skilled teachers, and an environment that supports your nervous system as much as your strength.
